Volusion Version W09 and Version V5 provides the ability for online merchants to integrate with a wide variety of merchant gateway solutions for processing customers' electronic credit payments. Some of the world's most popular payment processors are available for integration with Volusion W09 - including Skipjack, Authorize.net, Worldpay and PayPal Payflow Pro.
The flexibility Volusion provides in which merchant gateways W09 and Version V5 can integrate with provide merchants flexibility in being able to choose the gateway that is right for their online business. This article will provide a quick list of which gateways Volusion can integrate with and the level of functions supported with each gateway and Volusion W09 and Version V5.
Getting Started:
The first chart below will list each gateway Volusion can integrate with along with the information required from the gateway to be entered into the Volusion Payments page within the Volusion Admin Page in order to connect each gateway with W09 and Version V5.
Note that not all gateways provide the same level of service. The second table within this chapter will contain a list of each supported gateways and the different features they support with Volusion W09 (e.g. payment authorization, payment capture, payment void, etc.).
Please note that among the supported gateways listed here, SkipJack is the only payment gateway that is fully supported by Volusion. As such, SkipJack is the payment gateway provider most recommended by Volusion. The following table will list the following for each supported gateway:
- Gateway Provider - The name of the supported gateway and if applicable, the specific country supported for that gateway.
- Gateway Name - This is the name that needs to be entered into the gateway name field in the Payments page in the Volusion Admin.
- Custom 1 - The required data (if any) that needs to be entered into the 1st Custom field in the Payments page in the Volusion Admin.
- Custom 2 - The required data (if any) that needs to be entered into the 2nd Custom field in the Payments page in the Volusion Admin.
- Custom 3 - The required data (if any) that needs to be entered into the 3rd Custom field in the Payments page in the Volusion Admin.

Gateway Notes

Cybersource Users: When integrating with CyberSource, please provide Volusion with the CyberSource account's 'V Number' to have a server administrator generate the necessary keys to complete the CyberSoure integration process. If these keys have already been generated by CyberSource, contact Cybersource to have them release the existing keys first. Note that Volusion cannot complete the required CyberSource integration using pre-existing integration keys.

LinkPoint/YourPay Users: To use LinkPoint or YourPay, send a copy of the LinkPoint electronic registration certificate to Volusion support by submitting a ticket at my.volusion.com with a request to have the LinkPoint or YourPay certificate installed. This file can be downloaded by logging into the LinkPoint or YourPay gateways. Note that this file has a '.pem' extension type.

PaymentTech Users: To integrate with Paymentech, contact the processor request to have the IP Address of the Volusion store server added to their network firewall exemption settings. For instructions on how to do this as well as obtaining the IP address of the Volusion store, please click here. Unless told otherwise by Paymentech the Bin ID for the account will be 000002.

PayPal Pro Users: In order to use PayPal Pro, along with adding the correct information to the Payment page, be sure to email Volusion a copy of the electronic PayPal Pro API Certificate file. Simply submit to Volusion support at my.volusion.com with the file attached, requesting it be registered with the Volusion store.

SecurePay Users: Volusion integration with SecurePay requires use of Securepay's eSec Interface. Merchants experiencing issues using SecurePay with their Volusion store should contact a SecurePay representative to insure their payment gateway account has been granted access to this interface mode.
- **NetBanx (UK) Users: As of April 2009 Netbanx made updates to their integration and may no longer be compatible with the Volusion system. Please use at your own risk. NetBanx is no longer on Volusion's official supported gateway list located here.
Supported Gateway Authorization Modes
As mentioned above, each supported gateway has a specific set of functions that are supported within Volusion such as payment authorization, capture or crediting. The level of functionality supported through each gateway is based on each payment gateway providers' system. Some providers are fully-featured while others simply support payment authorization.
The following table will list which functions each gateway supports. Note again, that for the majority of merchants, Volusion highly recommends SkipJack and the primary choice for payment gateway services and is the only payment gateway Volusion supports 100%.
