Volusion-based merchants have access to a full-featured account management and information system located at my.volusion.com. By logging into my.volusion.com, you can view messages from Volusion, contact Volusion support, view your monthly billing information, manage your Volusion account and more!

One of the features you have access to do once logged into my.volusion.com is the ability to view tickets from Volusion's Technical Support and Customer Care departments. A ticket is similar to standard e-mail but with the added benefit that it acknowledges you as an authorized, Volusion account holder. Here's how you can view your ticket correspondence from Volusion:

Getting Started:

• Log into my.volusion.com (note that this login differs from users' Volusion store login information).
• Once logged in, by default users should be directed to Tickets page.
• From any other point within my.volusion.com, click on the tickets link under the my support heading in the left hand navigational portion of the page.
• Within the Tickets table, a list of the number of open, on hold and closed tickets will be listed near the top.
• Users can click on the Open, On Hold or Closed links near the top of the table to view a list of all tickets of a particular status.
• Within the main table, each ticket will be listed with its unique ticket number, when it was created (in days), the department it was sent to or from, the ticket subject and its status (open, closed, on-hold).
• Simply click on an individual ticket's ticket number to view it.
