Accessing the Volusion Webmail Interface

Any Volusion eCommerce customer which also has their e-mail hosted by Volusion has has access to an online, web based e-mail service. The location for this page to check/send e-mails via your web browser from anywhere is:

http://mail.YOURDOMAIN.com

Note the substitute "YOURDOMAIN" with the domain name associated with your store.

Once you are logged in, you can then setup individual preferences for those email accounts such as folders, auto responders, mail forwarding.

Please note that you will only have access to the Volusion webmail interface if you host your online store's e-mail with Volusion. Merchants who have chosen to host their e-mail with a 3rd party service will not be able to log into the Volusion webmail interface.
